Is my order packaged discreetly?
Yes. Every order leaves in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside names the product or the store.
How long will delivery take?
It depends on your address and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Our shipping policy has the full detail.
Can I return an intimate product?
No. For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges — once items leave our warehouse they are considered used and non-resalable. Defective items are the exception: report them within 7 days of receipt and we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Our refund policy sets out the full terms.
