Domestic Returns Policy Unopened domestic orders returned to us as undeliverable will incur a minimum fee of $35 for handling and a 25% restocking fee. Any remaining balance will be credited to your account in the form of a coupon code for future use. Due to the intimate nature of our products, TezNPlz.com does not accept product returns under any circumstances.
International Returns Policy Unopened international orders returned to us as undeliverable will incur a minimum fee of $60 for handling and a 25% restocking fee. Any remaining balance will be credited to your account in the form of a coupon code for future use. As with domestic orders, we cannot accept product returns under any circumstances.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. Should our shipping account be charged for these fees, your credit card will be billed accordingly. Any postage or freight costs for returned shipments will also be billed to your account.
