No Returns or Exchanges For health and safety reasons, TezNPlz.com does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and non-resalable. This policy applies to all items, including but not limited to:

- Douche/Enema Kits

Defective Items If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@teznplz.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a store credit at our discretion. Please note that defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a resolution.
Undeliverable Orders
- Domestic Orders: If a domestic order is returned to us as undeliverable, a $35 fee will be charged along with a 25% restocking fee. Any remaining balance will be issued as a coupon code for future use.
- International Orders: For international orders returned as undeliverable, a $60 fee will be charged along with a 25% restocking fee. Any remaining balance will also be issued as a coupon code for future use.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. If TezNPlz.com is billed for these charges, your credit card will be billed accordingly. Additionally, postage or freight charges for returned shipments will also be billed to your account.
Order Processing Orders are processed in the sequence received and typically ship within 24 business hours. Transfers and large orders may require additional time for processing.
