Any remaining balance will be credited to your account in the form of a coupon code for future use. Due to the intimate nature of our products, TezNPlz.com does not accept product returns under any circumstances.

International Returns Policy Unopened international orders returned to us as undeliverable will incur a minimum fee of $60 for handling and a 25% restocking fee.
