Returns & hygiene
For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on any item once it has left our warehouse. If something arrives defective, email contact@teznplz.com within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or store credit. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict no-return policy to ensure the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. Below are the details of our Returns and Refunds Policy:
No Returns or Exchanges For health and safety reasons, TezNPlz.com does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and non-resalable. This policy applies to all items, including but not limited to:
- Vibrators and Dildos
- Douche/Enema Kits
- Anal Toys, Beads, and Plugs
- Cock Rings, Cock Sleeves, and Devices
- Gags and Ropes
- Lingerie and Men’s Wear
- Lubricants, Massage Oils, Condoms, and Body Paints
Defective Items If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@teznplz.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a store credit at our discretion. Please note that defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a resolution.
Undeliverable Orders
- Domestic Orders: If a domestic order is returned to us as undeliverable, a $35 fee will be charged along with a 25% restocking fee. Any remaining balance will be issued as a coupon code for future use.
- International Orders: For international orders returned as undeliverable, a $60 fee will be charged along with a 25% restocking fee. Any remaining balance will also be issued as a coupon code for future use.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. If TezNPlz.com is billed for these charges, your credit card will be billed accordingly. Additionally, postage or freight charges for returned shipments will also be billed to your account.
Order Processing Orders are processed in the sequence received and typically ship within 24 business hours. Transfers and large orders may require additional time for processing.

Shipping And Delivery
We at TezNPlz.com ("Tease & Please") are committed to ensuring your order is shipped with the utmost discretion and care. Here's what you need to know about our shipping practices:
Discreet Shipping Your order will arrive in plain, unmarked packaging with a return address labeled only. For added discretion, "Tez N Plz" will also appear on your credit card statement. The name "TezNPlz.com" or "Tease & Please" will not be displayed on the package or your credit card statement. Additionally, we do not mail catalogs or promotional materials to your home.
Packaging Your order will be shipped in a plain box or envelope without any external advertisements. The return address will not include the TezNPlz.com brand name to maintain your privacy.
